Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. Most of what we sell is worn close to the skin, so we have a few hygiene rules that keep every item fresh for the next customer. Thank you for understanding.

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return or exchange something.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Tights, stockings and socks: only if unopened, in their original packaging.
  • Bras and clothing: unworn, with tags still attached.
  • Jewellery: unworn, in its original packaging.

Final sale

These can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive flawed or we sent the wrong item:

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Tights, stockings and socks that have been opened
  • Briefs, bodysuits and shapewear once opened
  • Earrings
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange unopened items while we have them in stock.

How to return an item

  1. Email danica@demodeenvogue.ca with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't mail anything back before you hear from us.
  3. Pack your return securely and use a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we made a mistake or the item is flawed. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll check it and email you within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you'd prefer. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to show the refund.

Flawed, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives flawed, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, and we'll cover the cost of sending it back.

A note on tights: runs and snags that happen while wearing them aren't a manufacturing flaw. For the longest life, put them on with dry hands, roll them up your leg gently, and hand wash in cool water.

Wholesale orders

Returns on orders placed through Faire are handled under Faire's policies. Direct wholesale orders are final sale, except for flawed or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
